Its all going to kick off big style, the worry was Syria backing Iran in any conflict.

But, now Syria is busy dealing with its own civil war, leaving Iran relatively alone in the region, with Israel chomping at the bit for a pr-emptive strike.

I think the US and UK are doing just enough to keep the Syria civil war ticking over while plans are drawn up on Iran......

I dont think Israel is gonna wait much longer..this shits comming to a head...Im wondering with russia getting the syrian"oil deal" now... how all this is going to take effect and play out? The russians have a congitent of their marines heading there on boats now because they are "concerned" over their small navy outpost they have there...LOL

With all the stuff that has happened in north Africa in the last year.. If all these folks get together for one reason..to wipe out Israel...it could get ugly....

This is going to get ugly, the fact that the main basis of the problems in the region are based on religion, the extremists wont shy away from all out war.

I can see China shying away as they are making billions out of the west. Russia, who knows, they want to be a super power but are they?

Israel is the focal point that brings it all together and they know sooner or later they are going to cop it, so what do they have to lose.

I think the intelligence services in the west have been planing this for years, Libya too unstable to assist with a real army, Iraq, Afghanistan the same. Syria on going, all preparing for Iran. It will take the middle east decades if not centuries to regain some sort of stability to present a military threat again.

I agree with alot of that... I just wonder if the russians are going over there to get a handle on the chemical wpns syria has to controll them. "IF" and thats a big word they got out and were used on Israel...it would be REAL UGLY!!
