got my wife a gift today

well my wife has always wanted breast enhancement but would never spend the money to do so ..

she has always been money conscience so would rather spend any extra on things we need for the house like new siding this year which is a good thing .. i took her to see a very good surgeon back in feb around her bday .. had money set aside but house and siding is what she wanted to spend it on .. she is a good woman

so once i took over security at the club along with it came a substantial raise in what i bring home , its a side gig so i don't count that money into everyday expense . i didn't tell my wife about the extra money i was getting .. so 4 weeks ago i said lets take a ride .. took her down to see the doc again and handed him the cash i was saving .. i had this setup since june

it surprised her .. so today was day she had it done .. she didn't sleep at all last night she was so nervous ..

i went and picked up couple full body pillows today while she was getting it done so she could lay across them when i got her home.. she is def in allot of pain !! gave her few pain meds and some hot tea the kind that helps you sleep so she is out cold right now .. the biggest thing for me was through all the pain she is in right now was the smile on her face ..

i am far from being an easy guy to live and deal with .. she has always been there for me and trust me that has not been an easy thing to do so i just wanted to do something for her to show i do love and appreciate her ..
