It would take some time to learn how to do it but I bet it aint that hard. To make an object appear 3D involves color manipulation and from what I can see the picture has to move. Not sure how to achieve it but im sure you can google it.

I dont have time to get into the whole movement of the picture but if you have any 3d glasses laying around try and see if it works.
