    Yes it is directed at you and I am sorry that you take offense. Look, we greatly appreciate and welcome everything you are contributing in the aas/fitness/nutrition area. But stop talking about stuff like smoking as though it is harmless and cool. Makes you sound foolish.

    And speaking of offensive, what you said to FB was a prime example. Don't do that again.

        You can of course do anything you want in your life but when you are on a forum like this, you do have to abide by the boundary conditions the owner sets. Applies to you and applies to me.

              funny thing is, I stopped smoking weeks ago and I've had no issues, maybe its that strength of mind i can call upon like when I dieted for bodybuilding but I feel nothing
