Walked into the restroom here at tje hotel in Vancouver where we are having tje conference and they have this little room with a nice chair and table lamp - actual restroom is through the door in the background.

lol, I'm sort of kidding. I think it's 75% for looks. You could also use the area to change clothes, put on different shoes, etc. It is kind of gross when you have to do those things inside of a stall.
