Hey been a while since ive been on here i am thankful to u guys for starting down this path i am proud to say i am now 5'8" 225 15% bf and look and feel fantastic hell it had been so long since ive posted i forgot my username had to scroll threw til i found one of my old posts. I am on all the forums and have to say this one is the most no bs and still my favorite maybe cause you guys were my first ( no homo) thanks for all the great info starting me to were i am now
