That pic is a rare case of PKD. It's nothing to laugh about for sure. If someone has it, the rate of the parent passing it on should they make children are 50/50 percent from what I've heard a specialist say. Yes I know someone who has it.

They can't drink caffeine or do any sort of physical sports. Like jumping, tackling, cheer leading, etc...Also, specialists advise the person having it, drink at least half gallon of water a day. For most of us, that's normal water intake though.
