anyone had accupuncture (sp)?

I've been doing the chiro route on my back problems (I don't want fusion done at any age esp 26) - my insurance recently started granting 6 trips for accupuncture a year. I have heard good things and was curious if any of you guys have done it before, how'd it go ?

ya, I almost feel it makes it worse - the next day I feel great and then my discs slip out all over again... I'm getting fed up with it and obviously I don't take anything more than tylenol for the pain - hence looking for a new alternative !

Acupuncture is total rubbish. Absolutely zero credible scientific plausibility of how this would work. Put it in the same category as homeopathy. Don't waste your time. And to add, it is a travesty that mainstream medical establishment including the insurance companies would actually endorse it.

Damn dude! I was hoping for some relief, oh well. LoL Anyone else I wouldn't believe it's that much of a joke, but I trust ya Scrum - why the hell is my insurance adding it then ?? They are such tight wads with literally everything, to add in this seems like a total fail in judgement.
