Teal season that is..... Today ends the early teal season. I have really enjoyed the hunting on the new rig. She is doing everything I had hoped for and learning more about it each trip. I just wish I would have gotten one about 15 years ago...LOL

First trip was opening day with the girls, they both managed to bag a couple a piece and they really enjoyed it. Unfortunatly they never made it again



So I wound up making 5 solo trips for my season and was fortunate enough to scratch out a limit of Teal each morning.

at least yall can catch um Fitt...Georgia has been closed for several years now. They did give us two whole weekends with one per person limit this sept...WOW!!!...its not worth the gas to run 40 miles off shore for one snapper... I have no regrets about selling my offshore rig..but I'll be catching some rides with my buddys this winter for sheepies and of course in the spring again for the cobes!! Untill then..Im in the swamps girl:thumup:

so cool you have girls that are not afraid to get dirty. my lil beast is all about tutus and prinsess shit but she also likes to get dirty hopefully she will shoot with me when the time is right. My big kid is a pretty good shot for only going a few times but she is also like me long guns is her thing neither of us like pistols to much.

Nah we can't either. We had two weekends with a one per person limit. They were wiped out today - couldn't even find one! Did have a big ol lobster for dinner, though :thumup:

Rocket, she graduated Basic training, hurt her legs in Airborne school and now shes home going to collage.She was in for 10 months. Shes all healed up now, she kept getting recurring stress fractures in her legs so they said shes unfit for duty.They just didnt give her enough time to heal right then she would get another stress fracture. All good Now I pay for collage and got my hunting buddy back home.
