      Colossus, the fact that you pointed out how the guys in the gym are in awe over how much weight you can push secretly shows us you are in the gym working out for the wrong reasons. Do you want to train and have big muscles or do you want to walk around the gym with little man's syndrome throwing 100 lb dumbells around like a gorilla?

      Not trying to be a dick, just trying to help out bro. Take some lighter weight and target your muscles and they will grow.

You think It's a good idea to give up the free weights?

        Of course for arms and shoulder i have no problem. But when it comes to chest (DB press, bench) or back ( deads, squats, etc.) I am fuckin scared of getting injured. I feel like I am more prone to it. What do you guys think? Or should i just move up the reps and cut the weight?

        Funny side note: I go to 24. its right across the street. sooo lots of douche bags. but i went at a later time cause I didnt want it to be packed (still was)... Anyways There was this big guy. Probably around my age. He was BIG like over 6'5" easy, big arms but I guessed him to be at 12-14% bf. I swear this guy kept looking at me during my workouts, while he was doing his work outs ( of course he too was doing chest) so he was pullin out the 120s. Just think its funny that here I am about 165 and he is trying to compete with me in weight while he is easily over 220lbs.


        Whenver big guys do that with me i just take off my jacket or sweater and show him the small guy he is competing with :rofl::weights:
        Oh man brother you aint got to do all of that...

        Free weights is where it is at man all you need is a barbell and you can work your entire body. You will get bigger off of using half the weight with free weights it is so much better for your core. Just my .02, but at the same time it feels good to push weight around huh? Keep up the good work Colossus good to hear that you are as strong as someone carrying 50lbs more weight.

        24 hour up here is milf city? Same down there? I should have hit you up bro I forgot I just got back from OC last night
