I don't know, I think maggots are pretty bad ass. They only eat necrotic tissue don't they? If I was on survivor man, and a boar gored my leg right before I killed it with a scornful look, I would let the wound fester and rot, just to watch maggots do their magic. Maggot Magic.

Yeah, they have used maggot therapy to prevent spread of infection in wounds for many years. I just don't think this is one of the cases, lol
