We had our annual family renuion yesterday. I rounded up all the kids and taught them how to shrimp with a beach seine...We wound up with just over 50 lbs.:agreed:

Best part was all the kids didnt believe me when I told them they would be swimming with dolphins and may even get to feed some. The dolphins come up behind the net and rip holes in it to get the fish out as we are dragging the net for shrimp. They are a pain in the ass..smart bastards!! So we have to have people behind the net walking to kep the dolphins out..they swim righ up between them to get to the net.All the girls/ women just melted when the first ones showed up. I had my daughter show um how to feed um and it was on..too cool.No sea world bullshit..swimming with wild dolphins and a few got um to eat fish outta their hands. should have seen the kids faces!!:thumup:

Water temps in the high 70's right now air temp yesterday was mid 80's great day! best part is no one in my family hunt's or fishes. None of um, but they all look fwd to comming to Georgia every year to the "wild game BBQ" as they call it...they always have a great time. What more can ya ask for?? Its good to see kids do something in the outdoors ...Comment
