    fuck sprint, verizon, tmobile, they all suck.

    i can never get through to customer service, unless it is sales. i hate automated customer service what happened to calling and speaking with a person, especially when my phone isnt getting service, drops calls on a daily basis while on the phone with my customers, and i need to bitch at someone at the top of my lungs!!!!!!!!!!!!

    For $200/mo for JUST me (unlmtd minitues, and the most gb or mb or kb or whatever it is wireless card) Fuck them im not paying another phone bill and am switching to metro pcs (Ghettro). Who cares if it is Ca only I will take the roaming when I need to travel.

    I have AT&T now, but for years I had t-mobile and always thought they had great customer service. I hated to leave, but they didn't offer iPhone.

      AT&T customer service has been nothing short of fantastic for me. 611 call wait times are less than 2 minutes consistently, staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The one time I ha ad the misfortune of having to call Sprint, I was on hold for over 15 minutes, got handed off from person to person twice and finally ended up with someone who sounded totally bored and not wanting to be there. She didn't know the answer to my problem either. Terrible - no wonder they are hemorrhaging customers.
