  • Did my first workout today.

    First workout since the injury happened back in march.

    Did 30 mins of stationary bike and my right hamstring held up well. After that I did two sets of lateral raises for twenty reps with 5lbs, did two sets of shoulder presses with 7.5lbs for twenty reps and shoulders were on fire. I still can't extend my right arm completely but that should go back to normal in a few weeks. did 5lbs dumbbell alternating bicep curls but again twenty reps each arm, used the preacher curl machine with 40 lbs (minimum weight) it was almost zero weight but I felt the biceps work. and a set of triceps press down with 50lbs, and in between sets kept stretching the right pec.

    It's crazy how weak all my muscles are with horrible right side range of motion. But I'm not worried about the weights right now. It's all about rehab but all in all it felt great. :thumup:

                wow has it really been over 6 months since you tore your chest/bicep? keep up the great work, if at the least just moving a bit of blood around should be great psycologically.

                  Yep. But remember I tore my chest twice. :weights:

                  I had the first surgery back in July 9th and tore the chest again around the 14th and I had to wait until the august 20th for the second surgery.
