When my pooch feels bad I feel bad sucks. Been having a problem with some kind of infection in her ears its like down deep in her ears. I have taken her to the vet 3 times over just the last few months then took her to a really exspensive vet that is supposed to be the best around and still having the problem. Most of you know she is a pitbull ears are short style cropped idk if maybe she is getting dirt in there or if it is just something in her genetics. Taking her again tomorrow morning and I'm hoping I can be nice about it but man wtf I feel like you idiots can't fix a fucking ear infection?? Has anyone ever had this problem with their bullies or just dogs in general? Mom told me it could even be a tumor man I'd die for sure I just had to put my male down a few months ago and bout broke me for real. I cleaned her ears out just a few mins ago and gave her 2 ibuprofen 200mg in a hot dog. Last time they put her on some type of steriods for inflammatory reasons she pissed all over the house went plum insane tearing shit up and gave her a antibiotic too that seemed to work while she was on it but back to where we started now so...I think I remember blm posting about spending a nice chunk of change on his dog for skin allergies or something. Any meds or suggestions I can bring up at the vet tomorrow?? Dog is miserable man for real.

What have they done so far? Drops, creams what? -
Do the inside of the ears smell? Have a gooey dark colored substance (like molasses)? If so, could be an ear yeast infection.Comment

yes my pit has ear infections from food she eats or grass. I have to give her pills and wash her ears out every night. I cut out the treats and no more running on grass and ears have been fine for just over a year. I am almost positive it is grass cuz she would lick her feet to death after playing on grass.
I can look up the pill she used to take and the ear stuff if you want. the ear stuff is script also.Comment

they got out of my house about 9 yrs ago and ran away. I was crying like a lil bitch aways my brother breeds pit bulls in Vegas and he had a female runt she fit in his hand when born. he couldnt sell her so he pretty much gave her to me for free.

I have used vinegar when it was a simple yeast infection, but I would think your vet would easily catch that. Have they done an ear flushing at the vet? Any drops prescribed?Comment
