I dont htink its about being shallow. For me personally, bodybuilding is a way of life, like for most of us, and for me its hard to understand why a person would let go of themselves. I dont know, I run EMS calls as part of my job and see old folks all the time and its a shame we age but if you know what hormones do and how they benefit I think its inexcusable for a person not to take advantage ESPECIALLY when you've attained greatness before.

But then again, I dont have a clue what it is to be old so i can only speak like that cause I'm 29........
