  • The business of religeon

    Two questions;

    1) So the religeon your born into just happens to be the right one, what a coincidence:disagree:
    2) If you were old enough to have mental reasoning and independent thought, say pubescent age, and someone said to you. Hey, there's this book that's been rivised once, don't know who wrote it, but its based on the life of a guy and his preachings, who's father is up there in the clouds and if you don't do as it says you'll burn down there for eternity:rofl:

      It doesn't mean I don't believe in a higher being or other life forms. But there is something fundamentally immoral about indoctrination of minds underneath the age of reason.

      As far as I am concerned Religeon has been a tool used by the rich, to control the poor, through fear.

        Mr I you are so cynical. Of course God exists, he can be found partying with the tooth fairy and santa.

        The idea of God was created to control the simple minded (no I dont believe - its a close call though)

          Great thread title. It is a business and needs to be taxed like one.

            Adults who believe in God are like little kids IMO.

            'Be good or Santa wont bring you toys'
            'Santa see's everything, he has a list of good and bad boys and girl's'

            Except as adults we get a free ticket to heaven or hell.
