just was never there. hit my mom, talked bad about her etc.. she took me and we got the fuck out because she didn't want me growing up in that situation. was me and her for a long time. she met my step dad when i was like 12 or so, he was a good dude, raised me as his own. still have issues with trust, opening up etc.. i always did better in school with women teachers because i could not stand any man in an authority role over me. i still prefer women doctors etc.. weird i know.

Ah I see. My dad was a drug addict and when I was 5 years old, my grandfather on my mother's side came to our house, whipped my dad's ass and took me home with him. He and my grandmother raised me in their home from that point forward. I don't really have any father issues because my grandfather was my father, thankfully.
