Wife is having baby so if not in rush I can check prices in a few days! Just pm and remind me
I use 18oz cuz its softer on th opponent and a lil better conditioning for me.
But 16s-are the standard for sparring or bag work

Fairtex are my gloves of choice!Originally posted by Turbo3000 View PostI want some good bag gloves. Found a bag at school.
Any recommendations on where to find workouts on the bag?
As far as workouts online I have no clue but when I'm done with baby stuff I can give you some ideas
I will get you gloves also at cost if you wanna order with jack!

Congrats(early) congrats on the baby.
You can be my stand up coach in a few weeks. I have always done ground work, but want to do bag cardio while also learning some good punching mechanics.

start out at %20 power and %100 speed. you will develop bad technique if you dont.Originally posted by Turbo3000 View PostSounds great.

learn the different punches get them down solid and then start to add 2 and 3 punch combos. i.e jab + cross + lead hook. if your hitting a bag move around after the combo dont just stand there like a statue
