5 weeks into 500mg of test ew.

Life has just got me down, a wife who's lost the plot, a boss who expects 14 hour a day shifts.

    41 next week.

Diet pretty good, training daily (5 - 6 days per week depending on work).

Shit sleep, stress and beer the release. Beer has become a daily supplement.

Go ahead flame me. I need a kick in the arse to get out of this mind set.

    I might regret posting this.

Sounds like you have a lot of stress in your life with work, and an unhappy home life. I'm sure you know that the beer is doing you no favors, and also is disruptive to sleep. I've always wanted to ask why you stay married, because you often speak of how "miserable" it is. I don't understand that - why not get out? 41 is young, you have so much life still ahead of you.

Do you HAVE to work 14 hours a day? Is that 7 days a week?

Fire the wife, quit the beer, eliminate the debt, and get a less stressful job. Why do you need all that money? So the wife can spend it?

Its used when someone loses their temper or is going/gone insane. In this case the latter! She was diagnosed BPD about 10 years ago and now thinks there is a conspiracy against her, cameras in the house and her phone is bugged...

FB the honest answer is responsibility. I stay where I am for the kids. I've been with my her since I was 16 so I guess I'm in a rut. I know (even though she doesnt) that she needs me, not being the big man, just a fact.

My boss is a workaholic, so he emails and calls everyday he lives for the job and expects the same of some of his staff, thing is the job (TBH) is overpaid so you become boxed in. I'm on call which means working weekends and nights when problems arise.

Just posting this has made me think and made me look at myself and my situation, I will turn it around.

I must apologise to everyone on this forum for posting this thread, I logged on this morning to delete it but you guys had already posted replies (thanks). I need to either shit or get off the pot we are in control of our own lives, it is easy to blame others but we are utimatley responsible for our own destinies.

Thanks for your input though I really appreciate it.

:D it is funny and scary at the same time. She saw the local Dr, but yes he is in on 'it' too. This all came out of the blue, no signs at all. She has always denied the BPD (which I understand) then boom! The cameras etc, she wont talk in the house sometimes its that bad.

Mental illness is scary, she wont face up to it, she wont talk to professionals about it as they are out to get her. She believes it, its sad.

Cheers dude, you lose sight of the person sometimes. You just want to shake them and say why cant you see what it os going on, what you are doing.

Then you also wonder, what the fuck am I to you? Your reality is warped, but its your reality, its real to you.

shit bro i thought you were just kidding! didnt know you were serious about the not talking in the house and people watching her shit. dont think i could deal with that shit. that alone must be an absolute nightmare.

bro your kids are getting nothing out of you staying together. they are smarter then you think. they see and know what you are feeling. you will look back on this and regret not getting the fuck out. if she cant be helped you gotta get the fuck away from that.

Have to agree with Bounce on the kids front. You don't stay "for the kids" Aren't your kids mostly grown, too? No kid wants their parents to stay together because of them. It doesn't do them any good, and often times brings them tremendous guilt. Your kids would rather see you happy, than together. I know that, I've been there.
