yea. have some friends that teach there. nice university but you wont find my ass in that country ass town again. felt like i was visiting Dorthy and toto in fucken kansas or something. christ almighty could they not have built that school about 3 hours closer to Chicago? :rofl:

Agreed... That drive from Chicago to Champaign-Urbana is quite possibly the single most boring drive on the planet. Try doing it in January lol... Great university but worst town in the Big 10 possibly. Never been to Iowa but Madison, Minneapolis, Ann Arbor, even West Lafayette is better.

when i walked into that restaurant thats like 2 minutes from the university all the 98lb bearded hipsters in skinny jeans literally just stopped what they were doing and looked at me as if some tanned steroid alien had just arrived in the country. i get looks all the time but nothing like i got down there.
