My stomach is flat bro. You probably are stronger and possibly a bit bigger than me (I'm 223lbs) but I could easily be 250 and significantly stronger if I ignored my waistline. I think it's pretty easy to eat alot, lift heavy, and take hormona. It's not so easy to eat consciously, lift, take hormona, and do significant cardio. That's why I say I'm not impressed with the really big, strong guys at my gym who also have some flab around the middle & I'm super impressed with the few big, strong guys who also have a flat stomach. not sure.why your so passionate about conveying how unimpressed you.are with big guys unless they have abs. Also I know loads of pencil necks with abs,you just have to be low bodyfat to have abs, means abdolutely nothing. I see teenagers all the time with abs but no power, its narcisistic and pathetic that people are so vein year round, our simply skinny because they're crack addicts.
