Have they just added a U.S. GP this season? Don't recall ever seeing an F1 GP in the U.S. I think there was some talk about 10 years ago about adding a U.S. GP but it ended up going to Bahrain.
^ been talking about it for a while, tried for a NJ track also, great for USA to experience F1, they're a motor lovin nation, well of course, they were founded by Brits

I guess so, if we discount native Americans, and the fact that Spaniards were settled as far north as South Carolina on the east coast and northern Cali on the west - in addition to French in present-day Maine, Missouri, and Louisiana, a full century before the arrival of any Britons!

lol, i would think you brits would be a bit more up to date with formula 1.
you are a year behind, already happend. next year there will be a second race in the US. will be on the gold coast of New Jersey with NYC as the back drop. i def plan on going to that one.

F1 is reasonably popular here, but it's not a major 'sport' ... I guess like Indy 500 in the U.S. It's popular with a specific audience, but not the general population.
I watch the occasional race, and check the standings and results in my weekly newspaper, but that's about it.
My wife in Brazilian, and she likes F1 ... In Brazil Senna is a national hero.

Hamilton is my boy! Alonso a close second.
Vettle on the other hand is the worst champion of all time. simply has a superior car. nothing more. he is a 3rd rate driver.
