Yup its real. According to him he has trained that are exclusively for six years. By only focusing on his arm it has allowed him to arm wrestle in much lighter weight divisions with his Popeye arm. Interesting concept and apparently he is very successful.Comment

Ah that explains it. Funny I was just talking about this guy today and I was thinking about how damn big his hands were, how you couldn't make bone bigger..now I know. And knowing is half the battle ;)Comment
