question for dog lovers

news today a nine week old baby was bitten by a little jack russell.while visiting grand parents, and is dead.

To me this proves beyond doubt that dogs cannot be trusted around vulnerable humans ie that they can over power.

should it be illegal for people to leave dogs around vulnerable people

Man. I'm a dog lover (special lube needed).

But WTF. DOGS ARE FUCKING ANIMALS - they are not people, its not the dogs fault that the owners are dumb ass fuckers who have lost the fact that 'our best friends' include us in their pack and a new baby isnt part of the pack.

Does the dog need to be killed?? yes and no. Why? Its a fucking animal it knows I'm boss, those who live with me are its bosses but a baby is foreign. It knows no better.

I love dogs (not physically, but they are getting cuter) but do I trust my most prized, vulnerable possession with them? No.

If I lived in the US I would I leave my kids with access to a loaded gun..... (well the ginger one... may be...)
