I know my dog if it wants to kill my kid the kids dead there is no stopping that other than stick the dog outside and kid on you hip 24/7.Comment

just don't leave a small child or baby alone with a powerful dog where possible. Its just a small sensible precaution. Think about the childs best interest as I know you doComment

actually baby is never on floor unless I am right there playing with her. but is she in the same room as my dog yes all the time. will I goto bathroom or what ever yes no problem.
my 3yr old is always with dog in other room but dog already knows 3yr old is alpha. listens to her comands sit and stay.Comment

I did some looking into that DOGO dog. they are awsome but very needy.
A lil to much for me right now with kids. but as a youngster colossus no kids you could run with that beast no problem.

When you put this breed with a meek or passive owner, problems may arise as the dog will feel he needs to "save his pack" and run the show. Adult Dogos can be aggressive with other dogs; however, the Dogo does not usually provoke the confrontation but may if he senses another dog that is unstable. The breed needs an owner who can tell the Dogo it is not his job to put another dog in his place. They are good with other pets if they are raised with them from puppyhood. This white mastiff needs early socialization with other animals. It also requires early obedience training.
