      Rocket has the more powerful looking build.....Bouncer is ripped but I always thought he would be bigger.:) Oh and tan.

          i would absolutely agree he has a stronger type build. i don't train for strength i train for looks.

          would rocket beat me in some kind of strong man competition.. sure. but when it comes to looks and shape there is just no comparison. :weights:

          and FYI, i have been up to as heavy as 250 so i was bigger, just didnt look as good.

                  besides i am not that strong. Mr I is strong not me.
                  I am happy with my strength and ok with my looks I need a few lbs to drop and I will be happy. If I was 12-13% Bf perfect for my taste

                          he was on the undercard for the last fights in canada.
                          he is a alternate in the HW turny now so he prob will get a shot for TV time soon.

                          easy I eat like shit so if I clean me diet half way up I drop fat if I get in the gym (MMA) then realy easy to drop fat but I only wanna drop 3-4 % at most

                                juiced1 wont like this diet but here ya go.

                                Meal 1: Shake. 2 scoops whey, banana, oats, tbsp flax, handful of craisens

                                Preworkout: Pre workout drink, scoop of protein and handful of crasiens.

                                Meal 2: 1 and a half cups rice and 2 chicken breast. 3 fish oil caps.

                                Meal 3: Same as meal 2

                                Meal 4: 2 scoops whey and 2 handfuls cashews

                                Meal 5: either chicken, steak, or fish with cup of rice. steak is twice a week and fish is once a week.

                                Meal 6: Before bed 2 scoops whey and 2 handfuls cashews

                                Cardio is 6 days a week after training. 30 min on treadmill. 2.0 incline 3.0 speed. walking pace or a little above walking pace. not concerned with "cardio" more just about fat burn.
