        That's 4 shakes a day there Lil guy I know you ready know food is best just wonder why so many shakes
        4 outta 6 meals are shakes

              Noticed that too. He needs more veggies and more fat. One of the shakes should be a green smoothie/shake with kale, spinach, cucumber, green apple, ginger and 1/2 lemon.

                        they are good but can be hard to stop eating especially if you are hungry. end up eating 150 grams of fat in a meal. lol

                          Well Fuck. I'll just do the jerky and if my bf gets low enough, maybe I'll start using them. I love cashews too, probably wouldn't even realize I was snarfing the whole bag.
