    Figured that I would post a pic since it is the new trend. B, Mr.I, Auri, Rocket, you guys motivate me in the gym, your hard work and dedication shows, you give hope to the little guys. :thumup:



    Chest has always been one of my worst parts, arms have always been my best. Making a goal of really increasing chest size in the next year.

      And love handles suck, I am skinnyfat.

      6'1" 185lbs. Started working out about 10 years ago (fuck I got old quick) and was 125-130lbs, going to try and find an old picture, but I didn't take many with my shirt off since I hated my body.

        Traps need work, chest really needs shape, seems my delts always give out before my chest, so I have started to rearrange the way that I train.

          Looking pretty damn good there turbo. You are being to hard on yourself. :D

          Arms and shoulders are looking great, your big ass phone is covering your chest but it still looks good and you can clearly see the abs.

                  arms and delts looks great bro. bit to big for the rest of you. :D

                  its crazy the differences in builds etc. for me its always been chest, traps, delts, and back that grew without hardly any work but arms and legs i need to just fucken destroy to see any results. kind of the opposite for you.

                    :rofl: my arms will get crazy out of proportion if I hit them hard. I now do like 1-2 sets of lightweight per week for arms. Chest needs to vastly improve, quads are OK, calves need help.

                        props to you turbo and really anyone who posts a pic. i didnt for a LONG time while talking shit on people like rado who did post there pic. bouncey learned a little lesson i think. :D

                        i dont know about you turbo but i know me and rocket are on the same page here. i will stand in the mirror and be like "damn i look pretty damn good, then i take a pic and i look fucken only half as good as i do in mirror.

                        i challenge anyone to do it, you dont even have to post it, just do the experiment yourself. look at yourself in mirror and take a pic. guarantee you look like crap in picture compared to mirror.

                          I do it about once a month just to compare. I was trying to do a slow bulk up for months all I did was get sloppy looking... I have tightened back up again and seem to be able to maintain at about 205 with diet and exercise and look pretty good for me. I guess Im too old of a bastard to gain much at this point. Im just gonna stay in shape and maintain what I got , I know that looking around here with all the guys at work my age..I got um all beat easy...Im not a fat ass..:rofl::rofl:
