Id add clomid 35 to 50mg ED until you feel normal. Fertility clinics use clomid not nolva. If its really bad now then do an HCG blast for a couple weeks.

some ppl need a simple PCT and others need a complex. sounds to me like you never recovered. but i dont know what you ran or for how long. Tren kills my sex drive shuts me down really hard. Not worth it.
