really? I would of though lower with all the shakes you drink. what kind of shakes do you take anyways?

3 meals. shakes in between. also remember the morning shake has oats, banana etc.. so its not just powder. The last shake I eat with cashews so again its not just powder and water.
Considering your size and metabolic activity, is that still enough to add mass?
Maybe not without the assistance of drugs but with drugs I have found it to be right on the line for my body. Add a few more cals for a couple weeks and my abs tend to get a bit watery and blur out a bit. Take away a few calories for a couple weeks and my muscles tend to look less full. It really is about constantly experimenting and finding exactly what works for you.
