      Well lets see..I cooked 4 strips of extra thick cut bacon while waiting for the sun to rise....killed some ducks, got a great carido work out while doing so in the soft bottemed swamp. Had a zero calories /sugar monster on the way home. got shit cleaned up, had a nice lunch of a deer burger.... then watched football.

      In the last month I have not been to work or the gym due to vacation, then the wife had neck surgery so I been at the house taking care of momma. Ill finally get back in the gym/ work this week. Its been a good break to be honest, but looking fwd to getting back at it.I did get up every am and get in an early morning hunt about every day, then spent time taking care of the wife. I have gained a total of 2 lbs in the last month...LOL. That duck hunting in the swamps every am keeps ya tight in the cardio dept!!! My goal this year is to continue to work light on weights and stay in shape with carido. Ive come to realize I wont gain back the size I had when younger without steroids and I just dont feel Im going to go that route. Im doing good for my age and feel great.

      Now WTF has that got to do with my sunrise picture DIPSHIT...:retard:

        what the FUCK did i just read!!! you havent been to the gym due to "vacation". did you also not brush your teeth or wipe your ass "due to vacation."

        as for not going that route. HORRIBLE life decision. steroids can give you the power you need to succeed!!

            that was 7-10 days not 1 month and i did cardio every day i was at my moms!
