Location of my IP addy

Why does it show this, when I'm in another area RIGHT now?:wack:

I like the fact that it doesn't show your true location. But is this coming from a hub of some sort? I know it sounds stupid, my question. When all I'm doing is using my phone as my "hot spot"

Ironically when I need someones IP addy for location, and get LEO's involved, they somehow get the true location:disagree:
