Did I post that I think your bpm is too high? Anyway I think it is. Not only has your lifting depleted most, if not all of your muscular and liver glycogen, you then hit cardio hard for too long of a time imo. I keep my bpm between 114 and 120, slow and steady, and I've had great results. I'm just afraid of my metabolic needs at a high cardio workload cannibalizing my muscle for energy.
I read an interesting article on that thinking, I think it was titled the "lactic threshold" or something.

guys can you keep comments about training in my road to ripped 2013 thread instead of jacking this one, thanks.
Its no wonder the board is dying a death, there's no co-ordination, just eclectic negativity.
Also Auri the cardio I did today was on its own, when i do cardio after lifting I keep it around 120-130 bpm,
