    Two N.J. men sue Subway over missing inch - Life Inc.

    :rofl::rofl:

    If that's the case. Then everyone would sue for ounces not being correct when you buy food, beverages, packed goods, etc.

    For fucks sake I'd like to see a picture of these fools:disagree:

    That's already old news. Subway gave a statement that it depends on whether it's cooked and whether the proper procedure is followed by the place who made the sandwich. Also, is footlong actually twelve inches or is it just the name of their larger subs?

      Reminds me when Ford got sued for claiming their POS Mustangs were a 5.0 when in reality they were a 4.9 lol.

      I'm sure BLM would know about this Ford story; dude loves his Ford ranger pick up:thumup:

          Why do you think Ford came out with the badge of 4.9 or 4.8 WTF ever it was...They got sued for claiming it was a 5.0 when in reality it was not bro. Long time ago.

            They made a smaller 4.6 but the 5.0's were just that.

              I'm trying to google it right now. I don't know which Mustang it was. But I remember(this was back in the mid 90's)where the badges were the 5.0 but in all reality, the engine was not a 5.0.

                The 5.0 was a 302 bro then they went to the 4.6 which was a 281. That's about all I know. I'm not a gear head but I'm pretty sure you're getting confused.

                        Just read today, someone else joined this suit, they are trying to get class action status. Are you fucking kidding me? Add this to the growing list of the candy ass neutering of America. The proliferating sense of entitlement in this country staggers me daily.

                            These are the same stupid ass people that sue over coffee being hot! Who would have ever thought coffee was hot?!? Well I guess we can thank Starfucks for making not only shitty over priced coffee when its hot, but making it cold as well. I'm a true believer that 98% of the population stupid. What's next? They want to be reimbursed for every inch of shitty sub that their fat ass didn't get to eat? :retard:

                              If what you are referring to is McDonald’s case where the woman who was a 79 years old ordered a cup of coffee that was served at 180–190 °. Where in that temperature, the coffee could cause a third-degree burn in three to six seconds – on which she suffered third-degree burns on her skin and remained in the hospital for eight days; where she lost about 20 pounds and had two years of medical treatment from then on – all that for a 49-cent cup of coffee.

                              What exactly do you think is stupid when one’s suing to pay hospital bills like this?

                              This subway case is indeed frivolous, but the coffee certainly wasn't.
