Why is the board suddenly a spam magnet?

The mods do a great job at keeping it clear as best they can. Its just the sheer amount that gets hard to keep up with.

What I will do as a temp fix is turn off new user registration for a week or so just to give the mods and you guys a break from it all.

Mods, take note of the ip's especially the ones that post multiple spam and send me a list once a week or so of numbers to ban.

Please pay attention when you are banning someone. For the second time now Mr.I has been banned. While its kind of comical that it keeps happening to him this just cannot keep happening to members. Be very careful with that forum runner app. I know it makes it easy to ban and delete spam but it seems like its also a bit to easy to ban regular members caught up in the spam thread as well as delete a perfectly good thread.

I will; take bkame for the west coast 12-3 hours with lots of spamm. I been sick for a fuckin week and both my babies have it also. I log on see and and text B,lol usaually I delet it but as Dcae said there is just so fuckin much its crazy. I have logged on and seen intire page of spam at least 2 times since i been sick. the other days I will zapp 1 or 2 even 3 spammers but fuck if I am gonna do the intire page id throw my keyboard threw the window.

I do feel beter now but kids are still fucked up and I try to get more of it. there just is that much in the last month not sure why either

Less spam today right guys? Turning off the new user registration def helps but I did notice some spam. Looks like some of the bots register and then wait for a later date to post the spam.

Lets hope the week without new user registration turns some of them a way and they go some place else.

I deleted probably 10 threads today, maybe more.

Definitely better today. I have deleted maybe about 10 too. I swear a couple of days ago, it was at least 40 or 50.

yea i realize there was still spam but I only had to delete 5-10 where i usually have to delete like 20-30.
