Ya he doesn't have much credibility anymore regardless of what happened. Obviously he's a bit unstable to begin with. The reasoning behind this violent rampage is even weak. You tried to do the right thing, someone lied about you at work and you lost your job? That sucks man buts its life. If you were a plumber or worked at GM the same thing could be happening. There is zero justification to bring harm to anyone over this deal. A shit sandwich for him? Absolutely...if its true. But I can't help but think, especially with this avenue of murder and mayhem, that there may be more to the story. Hopefully, they catch him or kill him soon.
