and really understand the disease of addiction it is not an easy road my friend but after almost 8 yrs cleanand sober i can tell you it is possible . it just has to become the most important thing in your life for a while .
talk to your doc and tell him what youwant to do i`m sure that he will be more than supportive and mabey have an idea on how to help you get to your goal .

well folks, just a brief update...I have kept the dose to 2mg eod, and it seems to be ok, Ive gone back to working day shifts, with less stress and a more competent staff...it seems that if life stays on this course my recovery will be a bit easier than I had expected, but even with small advantages I know that I can still fall, so the same regemin must be kept, and I must stay strong and focused
