LOL IDK bro...I remember going thru combat lifesaver training and having to start IV's on each other...that bastard I was teamed up with turned me into a fucking pin cushion...LOL I bet it coulda helped him....:rofl:

Apparently you have never gone to get blood work and had the pleasure of some nitwit that stabs you 50 times before then find a vein. i went through that shit when i was like 12 and have never been right since. i think that plays a part in why i hate to inject so much.

If the veins are that hard to find they'll just blow out and never work for an IV either way.

For a regular blood draw it could have a purpose, but any phlebotomist worth a shit won't need it.

After 2-3 times of them not finding a vein=ask for a different person.

when i stood and watched my daughter who was 2 at the time go through the agony of someone pinning the shit out of her because they couldnt find a vein had to have hospital security and local le come remove me from room cause i was going to throw the nurse out the fucking window .. that i see as a useful tool !!
