Get some scrub from platinum labz. its not only for acne but skin irritation like razor burn,,etc.....I use it to wash my face with daily now...Its cheap and works well.

you said it wasn't circular at all go get some Lotrimin rub it on your face 3 * a day. if it's circular it's ringworm but then again you just got back from Mexico like I told you so It could be a number of things it's also easier to catch up from pets. do not shave for like 3 to 4 days and when you shave again use a new razor trust me I get it on my face all the time Ive posted pictures about it just don't shave and makes it worse
