Bump, anyone got anything good on the menu today? I ate all my junk yesterday so its back to a normal schedule for me today. Think I will do a little cardio.

My son's an April Fool's baby, so our Easter dinner is also a combination of things he wanted.

Ham
Macaroni and cheese (homemade)
Brussels sprouts
Asparagus
Corn pudding
Pineapple and cheese casserole
Deviled eggs
Artichoke dip
Ice cream cake

I don't like corn pudding, but my grandma makes it and everyone else loves it. It's sort of an eggy texture, and I think that's the part I dislike - the texture.

The pineapple casserole sounds weird, but it is good. It has crumbled Ritz crackers as a topping.

You know my folks can do some cooking! ;)

i miss all the homemade stuff my mom makes. that was the best part about going home for Christmas.

My dad makes some creamed corn with fresh corn that he grills first and it is SO good!
