It's always good to see someone who knows what the hell he is talking about and goes out and does it, so I gotta says thanks and congratulations.

I've been actively involved in all aspects of the bodybuilding world for over 50 years and have met all the greats and most of the failures.

And those 'greats' include 90% of the IFBB pros and over 95% of every bodybuilder/official/west coast gym/bodybuilding magazine owner/etc.etc.

ANd over all those years there is one thing that never changes .......

And that one thing is the fact that fat, out of shape guys and sometime even gals, will do their best to make an attempt at rediculing anyone who is in top physical condition such as yourself.

Such an attitude even existed when I was in grammar school and still exists till this present day.

I am now training a young kid who has won three teen bodybuilding contests ... each victory at the age of 18 and he will continue to compete forever from the looks of it. I'm gonna send him your ab shot for motivational purposes.
