Seriously. Thats the mentality that is being bred..."oh my goodness just think if that crazy man had a gun or a rabid pitbull what could have happened." Look at what DID happen. Then imagine if just one person had a firearm and a smidge of training how that would have played out. The crazy fucking nutball would be dead, and injuries minimized.
We are continually breeding a generation of reactionary lemmings unable and unwilling to take care of themselves...and somehow think the government and the subjugation of their rights is going to make the world a safer place. In all the ideas that I have heard about gun control recently...they ALL have to do with restricting guns in the hands of law abiding citizens. I have YET to hear of one fucking idea to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. Not one. Registration? Criminals don't register them. Background checks? Criminals don't bother. Banning them from purchase? Criminals cant legally buy them anyway.

all guns should be in a safe with kids. trust me I didnt want a safe but I got one cuz of kids.
I have 1 gun out everyday and every night no round in chamber but mag is fully loaded in gun.
It takes me .2 second to chamber a round if needed and my kid could never pull the slide back. when she is big enough to pull slide back I will maybe change my ways,I also teach her to never touch my guns she know what they are and I have left them out (unloaded) on the ground to see what happens she just tells me dada your gun is on the floor never one time has she touched it.Comment
