well good news and bad news,lol I am 245 bad news not only is my bely smaler my whole body is,lol
I usaually hold my size better untill I get more lean but its going already. I think maybe not enough cals in diet. there is really no time in the day to eat. I ate 2 meals today and a breakfast shake thats it. been on the run all day.
I need to buckle down and prep my food before I turn into dust and blow away

legs again today. didnt want to was lazy but slammed some noxplode at 9pm drank it to fast felt sic still did legs feling like I was gonna throw up the whole time,lol
went to 315 pretty easy again even with sic belly. I will admit I stopped 2 times before i hit 14 reps. did it a second set and just stoped at 8 reps mentaly I didnt want anymore.
I wont goto 400 next week even though I think I can just want to be safe.
another good thing about my long lay off when I came back I have not wraped my knees since I would alsways wrap even if just the bar it was mental this time no biggie just do it.
