    Sleep study for sleep apnea.

If you have sleep apnea, it is hindering not only your wife's sleep, but your health.

Agreed; apnea. Very prevalent with heavy people. Typically it's because they're obese cows. In your case it's obviously just a lot of mass.

Lose about 50 lbs fatty! jk :D

If I sleep on my back I snore. I'll actually wake myself up as soon as I start. If I sleep on my side I never snore.

It is partly it. My ex husband was big too, ~265 lb, and had a sleep study done. The doctor said because those muscles aren't something you can control, they basically collapse/constrict your ability to breath. With the CPAP machine, you receive constant air pressure. Basically every time you snore, you are gasping for breath. You would probably notice a world of difference in your sleep/well-being. And your wife's, too. :tired:

Yeah like when you called me obese because of my sleep apnea!!! LOL

But I found these things that are WAY better than the breathing strips! The strips never stay on your nose and these things I found actually go inside your nose and open you up really good. I'll try to find them online, if I can't I'll post a picture when I get home.

It really does make a world of difference. I had a hard time getting used to that air being forced up my nose! Felt like I was suffocating....lol But I got used to it and I've been using it every night for awhile now.

                              Better everything.

Sleep apnea will kill you. Not as in exact cause of death, but because it causes high blood pressure, cardiac problems, etc.

                              lol @ sleeping tasker :retard:
