    Sup all.

    Been away for quite a while. Hope everyone is all good. Im back for good.

    I was in a bad bike crash finally recovered now and ready to train again. I've fucking ballooned while being off and not doing anything physical.

    I see from Bouncer's avatar he's gayer than ever. But how is everyone else doing?!

                Finally got my 2012 V-Rod muscle and that night went for a ride got run over by a drunk trucker in a 16 wheeler. Woke up in hospital thats all I remember. I was out for 2 days was proper messed up.

                But finally all good now. Self esteem is a bit low after the way my body's changed. Im as fat as Mr I now. Back in the gym but was able to db press a whole 20kgs lol. Im ready to start all over again now. And will be back for good now. (finally have the internet connected after a year!)

                Scrum man im going to be asking you a heap of natural training questions as well as your vego diet. My new Mrs is a complete vegetarian and it would be nice to share a meal together without meat (Im talking a day a two a week as pure veg)

                You are all look swole as fuck. B and Beast man props you boys are looking good.

                  Got any goals set to get yourself back in shape bro? Diet is the key factor in getting rid of the fat you gained. "abs are made in the kitchen" is absolutely true.

                      Ive been eating paleo for the past two weeks nothing to brag about but still a start.

                      My goal is to get the body fat down to under 10% first then worry about working up muscle.

                      So far I eat 4 meals completely paleo. Ive also started cross fit to get fitness up and some overall strenght. Atm I do 3x45min sessions a week but will work up training 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off.

                            How are you liking the Paleo gig so far? Are you not finding yourself hungry without any grains at all? I find my body likes it better, but it's hard to JUST eat meat and produce :panic:

                              im really enjoying it. later today ill post some of the recipies ive got. you should give it a go.

                              ive found ive got way more energy, my skin is alot better. Im down 7 kgs in 3 weeks thats with no gym or exercise. i just got back from the gym after my first workout. I havent been using any supplements other than pea protein pwo. Found my energy to be constant through the session.
