Pretty cool. I guess we are all guilty of viewing ourselves in a negative way sometimes.

Going to email this to my mom actually. She turned 60 last year and every time I talk to her she talks about how old she looks. She looks way better then the average 60 year old but she doesn't see it.

I think it's pretty thought provoking for all of us, but for women it seems to be more fitting. It's sad, really :(
