Walk into any given gym and there is someone in there with a Superman tattoo, lol. Why wouldn't you want different??

Looks impressive. Interesting how they are making the movie dark and gritty, after realizing how successful the Batman franchise was with that theme. Trouble is, Superman has always been a goody-twoshoes whereas Batman has always been a troubled hero with a dark side. This remake of Superman just seems out of character. Kinda like making a dark Spiderman movie - just won't work.

I can see that perspective Scrum, I collect comics so the nerd in me abounds. I think one of the reasons it may have appeal is that it humanizes him a bit, the journey he takes to find himself etc. which is something that hasn't really been explored before in a Superman move. It will be interesting, and it does look good. I have always been critical of comics coming to the big screen--because they have fucked it up quite a bit. But they seem to be getting in the swing of things now last few years.

Yea, the cool thing about a superman tattoo is that its original and in no way does it scream "midlife crises"! ;)

Movie seems dark but I don't see anything dark about superman's character.
