She's been locked away with her for 6 years. I don't know why she'd give her away now? She's probably all she lived for most days.

I know I'm probably off base, it just grinds that anything to do with this fuck will remain in here life and that he will get some sort of sick gratification that his offspring remain with his previous captive.

Hopefully he gets no father rights, visitation or such, to do so would be like giving her a sentence too

That's about as complicated as it gets, imo. I could see why (if) she chose to put the child up for adoption. But knowing the bond between parent and child I couldn't imagine her doing so. And as fb said, it was probably the only thing that kept her going. It's such a sick and complicated scenario.

I understand what you're saying. Both mom and child have a lot of things to work through, no doubt. He can't possibly get any rights to her because hopefully he'll be spending he rest of his lousy existence in prison.
