Initially, Castro's two brothers, Pedro, 54, and Onil, 50, were also arrested as suspects, but investigators determined they had no knowledge of the abductions or captivity of the women.

They appeared in court on Thursday morning on unrelated outstanding misdemeanor charges and were released.

Well ALL of his relatives, close ones and distant ones have been saying the same; He was very private, did not let anyone in his home, but did like to go out and even very few times took these girls out he held captive. I don't know man, I'm sure months to come, more will come out on this fucked up story.

But for not one person to know about this?? wtf?!

Oh, see I thought the brothers lived there.

I haven't been following too close. Hard to stomach.

Judge weighs death penalty for accused Cleveland kidnapper, rapist - CBS News

Cuyahoga County prosecutor Thomas McGinty says Ohio law calls for the death penalty for the "most depraved criminals who commit aggravated murder during the course of a kidnapping." He says aggravated murder charges could be filed related to pregnancies terminated by force.

Ariel Castro is being held on $8 million bail. The 52-year-old former school bus driver was under a suicide watch in jail, where he was being held on kidnapping and rape charges.

Authorities say he held three women inside his home for about a decade.

McGinty suggests the charges could number in the hundreds, if not thousands.
            Holy fuck:woot:

Talk about a lot of OT hours to put this together...wow.

True...I want to follow the story...But after reading today about the girl who has to have reconstructive surgery to her face, has loss of hearing...I'm done...Makes me so sad and sick bro.

To torture someone for ten years...might have just killed them and would of been better off for the girls. Not saying either one of them is fine either...I hope they somehow can give him the death penalty but it's going to be tough based on evidence.

He has the 'right' to legal representation, but how could another human being represent a monster like this. That shit sickens me also.
